Southern Scientific Handhound Hands-free Hand Contamination Monitor
Wilma is an on-line water monitor for radionuclide detection, measurement and analysis. It is a self-contained system which permits periodic acquisition, measurement and analysis of discrete water samples.
Featuring fully integrated fluid handling, radioactivity detection and spectral analysis modules all contained within a rugged outer casing, this is acompact instrument - measuring just 480 x 400 mm - designed tooperate in demanding environments.
Operated by a unique user interface based on a Windows 8 operating system, controlled locally by a touch-screen tablet or remotely through USB, the instrument can run and transmit data unattended for period of up to 30 days, making it ideal for installation in isolated locations.
Simple home screen allows for navigation to main instrument features: Configuration, Real-Time Monitors, Results Analysis, Trigger Notification.
An MCA spectrum is generated in real-time during the samplecount period to identify radionuclides of interest.
