The Maxwell RSC Rapid ccfDNA Kit, used with Maxwell Instruments, offers an efficient automated method for purifying circulating cell-free DNA (ccfDNA) from 1-4ml of plasma. This kit provides high-quality ccfDNA suitable for a range of downstream applications. Its load-and-go workflow eliminates the need for sample pretreatment and multiple manual steps, reducing hands-on time and speeding up results. Users can obtain purified ccfDNA in under an hour. Each kit includes reagents for 48 extractions. Compatible with both the Maxwell RSC Instrument (1-16 samples) and Maxwell RSC 48 Instrument (1-48 samples), the system includes preprogrammed purification methods, ensuring simplicity, speed and consistent performance.
