The Maxwell HT Rapid ccfDNA Kit enables efficient purification of circulating cell-free DNA (ccfDNA) from up to 4ml of plasma per sample. Ideal for high-throughput workflows, this kit is designed for research laboratories processing large sample sets. It delivers high yields of low-genomic DNA ccfDNA suitable for sensitive downstream applications such as digital PCR, next-generation sequencing (NGS) and qPCR. The kit features bulk reagents and a streamlined, no-pretreatment protocol that supports easy automation. Depending on instrument setup, researchers can process up to 96 samples in under 2 hours using compatible liquid handlers, or up to 24 samples in 30-35 minutes using Kingfisher instruments.
