Maxwell CSC Rapid ccfDNA Kit enables fast, automated extraction of high-quality ccfDNA from 1 to 4ml of human plasma. Add plasma directly to prefilled Maxwell CSC cartridges---no manual pretreatment. The preprogrammed method runs in under 30 minutes and processes up to 16 samples on the Maxwell CSC Instrument or up to 48 on the CSC 48 Instrument. Prefilled cartridges contain all reagents for contaminant-free ccfDNA purification. Compared to other kits, this method produces ccfDNA with lower genomic DNA contamination.
