Recombinant full-length human JNK2 was expressed by baculovirus in Sf9 insect cells using an N-terminal GST tag. JNK2 is a member of the JNK family that acts as an integration point for multiple biochemical signals and is involved in a wide variety of cellular processes such as proliferation, differentiation, transcription regulation and development. Kinase Enzyme System contains: JNK2 Kinase, 10ug (Human, recombinant full-length). MW: ~70kDa. ATF2 protein/p38 Substrate (1mg/ml) (recombinant; amino acids 1-124). 5X Reaction Buffer, 0.1M DTT.
