The GoTaq Enviro Wastewater RSV, Flu, SC2 System enables highly efficient and sensitive detection of RSV, Influenza and SARS-CoV-2 viral RNA in wastewater samples. Designed to perform reliably even in the presence of common inhibitors such as humic acid, this system features a master mix optimized for complex environmental matrices. The assay includes four targets multiplexed into a single reaction: RSV, Flu, SARS-CoV-2 and Pepper Mild Mottle Virus (PMMoV). PMMoV serves as an internal control to verify both the process and amplification efficiency, ensuring accurate and consistent results in wastewater surveillance applications.
