Detect Influenza and SARS-CoV-2 viral RNA in wastewater using the GoTaq Enviro Wastewater Flu A, Flu B, SC2 System. The GoTaq Enviro master mix allows sensitive measurement even in the presence of inhibitors common in wastewater samples, such as humic acids.The kit contains four targets multiplexed into a single reaction. This includes primer/probe sets targeting influenza A, influenza B and SARS-CoV-2, Pepper Mild Mottle Virus (PMMoV) as an internal process and amplification control.
