Berghof has been developing and manufacturing reactors for research, development, and material testing applications for more than 25 years. Thanks to their thick-walled, PTFE linings, Berghof reactors are unmatched, particularly where corrosive media are employed. This, in turn, represents a particularly economical alternative to the employment of reactors made entirely of Hastelloy.

All reactors are, of course, also available without a PTFE lining, for use with non-corrosive materials.

Description

  • 1200 ml - 5000 ml, 25 bar, 200°C - 230°C
  • Pressure vessel made of high-alloy, SS 316 TI stainless steel with PTFE lining, fully enclosed and not merely coated.
  • Rupture disc to reliably limit maximum pressure.
  • Autoclave equipped with quick-lock chain for tool-free opening and closing.
  • Fittings available in either SS 316 TI stainless steel or Hastelloy C4.
  • Each autoclave is TÜV certified.
