Recombinant human LTK (498-796) was expressed by baculovirus in Sf9 insect cells using an N-terminal GST tag. LTK is a member of the ros/insulin receptor family of tyrosine kinases. The LTK gene encodes a putative transmembrane protein-kinase devoid of an extracellular domain and it may encode a signal transduction subunit for one or more of the hematopoietic receptors. Kinase Enzyme System contains: LTK Kinase, 10ug (Human, recombinant; amino acids 285-639). MW: ~70kDa.
