Recombinant full-length human IKK epsilon was expressed by baculovirus in Sf9 insect cells using an N-terminal GST tag. IKK epsilon is a noncanonical I-kappa-B kinase (IKK) that is essential for regulating antiviral signaling pathways that has also been identified as a breast cancer oncogene and is amplified and overexpressed in over 30% of breast carcinomas and breast cancer cell lines. Kinase Enzyme System contains: IKK epsilon Kinase, 10ug (Human, recombinant full-length). MW: ~110kDa. IKKtide Substrate (1mg/ml) (KKKKERLLDDRHDSGLDSMKDEE); derived from human IkBA amino acids 21-41. 5X Reaction Buffer, 0.1M DTT.
