The ReliaPrep RNA Miniprep System delivers consistent, high-purity RNA from cultured cells and tissue samples using one fast, reliable kit. Prepare intact total RNA in as little as 30 minutes. An optimized binding matrix efficiently captures RNA from small or large sample inputs, with low elution volumes of 7-15?l for concentrated yields. The membrane-based workflow processes 100 to 5 million cells or 0.25-20mg tissue per prep. On-column DNase treatment removes DNA without the need for phenol:chloroform extraction or ethanol precipitation. The result is clean, ready-to-use RNA ideal for a wide range of downstream applications.
