Recombinant bovine cAMP-Dependent Protein Kinase (PKA), Catalytic Subunit, is expressed and purified from E. coli. Intracellular targets include ion channels (1), transcriptional activator proteins (2) and regulatory enzymes of glycogen metabolism (3).
