The Maxwell RSC Tissue DNA Kit is an automated method for extraction of DNA from mammalian tissue using the Maxwell RSC Instrument. Homogenized tissue is added directly into well #1 of the cartridges, and purified DNA is ready for analysis in about 45 minutes. Purified DNA can be used directly in a variety of downstream applications such as agarose gel electrophoresis and other amplification-based assays.
