The Maxwell RSC miRNA Kit, in combination with the Maxwell Instruments, extracts high-quality total RNA with an enhanced miRNA enrichment. This RNA puri?cation procedure is a simple method with minimal sample preparation prior to automated extraction on the Maxwell Instruments. The low elution volume is used to generate concentrated high-quality RNA suitable for use in downstream applications such as quantitative RT-PCR, arrays and sequencing. The kit contains all the necessary reagents for miRNA extraction in a convenient prefilled cartridge format, maximizing simplicity and convenience.
