Cell proliferation is a fundamental parameter of cell-based research and is a common phenotypic readout in screens across broad applications. Investigators currently monitor cell proliferation with methods that require cumbersome wash steps, lengthy treatments or specialized equipment and depend on the metabolic state of the cell.The Lumit Cell Proliferation Assay (Human Ki-67) is an easy add-mix-measure plate-based assay for tracking hKi-67, a well-known marker of cell proliferation.
