Luciferase Cell Culture Lysis 5X Reagent is used with the Luciferase Assay System (Cat.# E1500), developed for reporter quantitation in mammalian cells. This lysis buffer provides rapid lysis of a variety of cell types, including adherent and nonadherent mammalian cells, bacterial cells, plant cells and tissue homogenates.
