The HiBiT Control Protein is a 20uM solution of purified recombinant 36kDa HaloTag protein fused at its carboxy terminus to the 11-amino-acid HiBiT tag. The HiBiT Control Protein can be used as a positive control of known concentration when using the Nano-Glo HiBiT Detection Systems.
