Recombinant human DYRK3 (63-end) was expressed in E. coli cells using an N-terminal GST tag. DYRK3 or dual-specificity tyrosine-(Y)-phosphorylation regulated kinase 3 is belongs to the DYRK family of dual-specificity protein kinases that catalyze autophosphorylation on serine/threonine and tyrosine residues. DYRK3 expressed in E. coli undergoes tyrosine autophosphorylation and catalyzes phosphorylation of histones H3 and H2B in vitro. Kinase Enzyme System contains: DYRK3 Kinase, 10ug (Human, recombinant; amino acids 63-end). MW: ~95kDa. DYRKtide Substrate (RRRFRPASPLRGPPK) (1mg/ml). 5X Reaction Buffer, 0.1M DTT.
