Recombinant full-length human DRAK2 (STK17B) was expressed by baculovirus in Sf9 insect cells using an N-terminal GST tag. DRAK2 is a member of the serine/threonine kinase family and is related to death-associated protein kinase that triggers apoptosis. DRAK2 is selectively important for T-cell survival and inhibition of DRAK2 has therapeutic potential for autoimmune disease. Kinase Enzyme System contains: DRAK2 Kinase, 10microg (Human, full-length recombinant). MW: ~69kDa. MRCL3 Peptide (1mg/ml), (KKRPQRATSN-VFAM-NH2), derived from human myosin regulatory light chain MRCL3 (amino acids 11-24). 5X Reaction Buffer, 0.1M DTT.
