Buffer A (BWA) is a component of the Maxwell HT XtractAll FFPE DNA/RNA Kit (Cat.# A6070, A6075) available as a standalone item. Use with other components of the Maxwell HT XtractAll FFPE DNA/RNA Kit to extract DNA, RNA, Total Nucleic Acids or DNA and RNA sequentially from FFPE tissue samples. Before use, follow instructions on the bottle label: add 300ml of Isopropanol and mix well.
