The Bio-Glo-NB Lytic Luciferase Assay Systems provide a highly sensitive, robust and homogeneous reagent for the detection of cell killing in Promega TCK Bioassays. Bio-Glo-NB Assay Reagents contain a cell-impermeable LgBiT that complements a HiBiT-tagged protein of interest in the extracellular media, resulting in a bright, luminescent NanoBiT luciferase. Bio-Glo-NB Lytic Luciferase Assay Systems are functionally tested for performance in the Target Cell Killing Bioassays and intended for use with those products.
