The Autophagy LC3 HiBiT Reporter Assay System uses LC3 to quantitatively measure autophagic flux and easily discern autophagy inducers from inhibitors. This new system uses HiBiT and HaloTag(R) technologies, allowing three different assay modalities in a single reporter cell line. Choose a prepared reporter cell line (HEK293 and U2OS) or express the reporter in the cellular background of your choice.
