Native human DNA-Dependent Protein Kinase (DNA-PK) purified from HeLa cells. DNA-PK consists of an approximately 460kDa catalytic subunit and a heterodimeric DNA-binding subunit (Ku) containing an 85kDa and an 70kDa peptide (1).
