CDR FoodLab systems for fats and oils are analysis systems that can be used to control the quality of oils and fats at the production lines, in real time.

CDR FoodLab Junior: designed for different kinds of fats and oils, can be configured with some analyses of your choice (tailored configuration) It is able to analyse 3 samples at the same time, fitted with 4,3" LCD touchscreen, USB for PC connection, bluetooth 2.1


 

How they work

Each test is performed by dispensing a pre-determined amount of sample into the cuvette containing the buffer. A colourimetric reaction then takes place which is read by the analyser.

The results of the test are produced immediately after the photometric reading, in its relative unit of measure.

The systems are designed to be used by anyone, without the support of skilled staff. The analysis methods are easier than traditional ones and can be performed in only a few steps. If any prompting is needed, the "step by step" guide, directly displayed on the touchscreen, leads theoperator through the process.
