Science Learning Hub

The Science Learning Hub is developed by educators and teachers in collaboration with New Zealand scientists to provide resources for teachers of school years 2-10.

The contexts are the heart of the Hub, each exploring a major theme or idea and providing a gateway to related content and explorations. Each context is supported by a range of collections including multimedia files, classroom resources based on the requirements of the New Zealandscience curriculum, and the stories of New Zealands science and technology sector in action.

Biotechnology Learning Hub

The Biotechnology Learning Hub provides teaching resources for primary and secondary schools. They link modern biotechnology in New Zealand to the school curriculum.

 

 

 

 

Both hubs are funded by the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE), and managed by the University of Waikato.
